SINAMICS S120如何读取电源进线频率?用VSM10可以吗?

解决方案:

1.看电源模块的参数表r66。如果没有:

2.硬件上加VSM10,然后通过r3661和r3662读实测的电压波形。电压波形都有了,还愁得不出频率吗?

实用技术一:

Active/Smart Line Module Booksize不带VSM10也有r66显示频率,它是通过计算电压过零点的周期得到的。

实用技术二:

VSM10没法加给BLM Chassis,但可以加给Motor Module。可以虚拟一个使用VF控制的MotorModule,给它加上VSM10,并禁用Motor Module(P125)。禁用后虚拟的MM不报错,还可以用r3661的3662读波形。

实用技术三:

DCC执行周期最快1ms,进线频率在47~63Hz,即周期在15.8~21.3ms,用计数器数一下电源波形上1S内过零点的次数即是频率。

The Voltage Sensing Module VSM10 is a voltage sensing module that is used to sense the actual value of a voltage. We cannot read out the frequency from the VSM10 directly.

Whith an S120 AFE, we can monitor the line frequency via r24 in the ALM parameters. It also will alarm if the frequency falls below 90% of rated frequency in  P211。What is the minimum frequency that can be tolerated by the drive ?

According to the catalog PM21 or D21.3, the applicable line frequency range is :
Line frequency 47 … 63 Hz
P211 should be adapted to your own application.

Also, If a VSM10 is added as an option for S120 BLM or SLM, can we access any values in a parameters set for it when using starter ?

For differenct formats (booksize and chassis) of line modules, and differenct types(BLM, SLM, ALM) of line modules, the answer is different.
The line frequency is displayed in the parameter r24 or r66, if the parameter exists in your STARTER project.
You can trust the value displayed in r24 and r66 of the line module, even without VSM10, for example, when an ALM 16KW booksize unit is used, you can read r66 from its parameter list.
For some line modules, for example BLM 250KW Chassis unit, they don't have r66 in the parameter list, and an VSM10 cannot be added to this module, either.

If a VSM10 is used, the actual voltage values can be read from r3661 and r3662.
But no frequency is output.

We need to monitor the Line frequency in the same way as the AFE does.

As mentioned above, the line frequency can not be read out directly, for some cases.

A general solution of the frequency display could be possibly realized by this way:
* Read the line frequency directly from r66, if not, please do the following:

* (1)Add VSM10 to a motor module, which is using VF control,P1300=0, to reduce CPU load.
(2)Deactivate this motor module, and only read voltage values from r3661 and r3662
(3)Write a DCC program, to calculate the line frequency based on the voltage waveforms got from r3661 and r3662
